We want you to feel confident enrolling in One Frame AI Studio. This policy explains refunds for our digitally delivered course materials.

Before Course Access Is Delivered

You may request a full refund before course access is delivered. We deliver access by sending a private Notion invitation to the email address used at checkout, normally within one business day of purchase.

After Course Access Is Delivered

Once a working Notion invitation has been sent to your checkout email, the course's digital materials are available to you. Purchases are not refundable for change of mind after access is delivered.

Access Problems

If you cannot access the course after receiving an invitation, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot provide the course as described, you may be entitled to a remedy.
